“Ordered a 25lb box of medium heat chilies this year - delivered late summer. They were fantastic. Always in good condition. Always consistently good quality. We cook with chilies all year and are lucky if the 25lbs lasts us until next season. We love The Hatch Chile Store's products! Last year I bought 6 pints of roasted chilies & gave as holiday gifts. We often make Green Chilie Cheese Grits topped with a couple eggs! Just a fantastic brunch dish to go with your mimosa!”

“Seven years ago we visited relatives in New Mexico and discovered Hatch chilies. We keep a supply of chilies from The Hatch Chili Store on hand and incorporate it into a chicken dish that has become a family and friend favorite. Hatch Chilies are truly the best.”

“I should have listened to their advice and ordered faster shipping, but i only lost 10 peppers. Took the advice of a Mexican friend and gently grilled them till the skins had some char, peeled them and packaged them to freeze. Absolutely fabulous!!! Highly recommend!”

“If you want authentic green chile, go to the source. Hatch, New Mexico green chile. I lived in New Mexico for quite a few years and enjoyed Hatch green chile year around. I have since moved to Tennessee and every year I order my green chile from Hatch Chile Store. The flavor is outstanding. The smell of green chile roasting is awesome. Right from the field to my plate. It doesn't get any fresher! Order your chile be It red or green from Hatch Chile Store. You won't be disappointed. And you will be back for more!!!!”

“Hats, green chilies has a unique taste to them. They are so good when you make a big pot of green chili with pork, hatches, green chilies are the only ones you want in it. My only complaint is your chimichangas don’t come in mild, the medium is still delicious, but they’re too hot for me. My son couple years ago went to visit his cousin in Albuquerque and he drove from Albuquerque all the way down to hatches New Mexico to buy your green chilies.”
