“These folks...and chiles are awesome! The initial delivery was botched by UPS. The delay resulted in the peppers being spoiled. Pam @ the Hatch Chile Store made everything right. They immediately replaced the order on the next ship date and the peppers arrived on time and in great shape. I've order from here in the past and will continue to do so in the future. The peppers are tasty and the customer service is top notch!!!”

“There was a problelm with my shipment this year in that it was delayed by the carrier. Some of it was rotten when it arrived, but The Hatch Chile Store made it right and replaced it. The chile were meaty and big--great for rellanos.”

“I lived in Albuquerque for 40 years.That is where I learned about Hatch green chili. I moved 5 years I go to florida I order my green chili from hatch every year. When my chili gets here and there's some problems. I take a picture send it to them and they in return Send me a new batch with no costs to me. I have no problems with it. It's not hatch green chili's fault. It's the delivery people . Hatch green chili guarantees their food. I will be ordering my red chili for at the end of September. Keep up the good works. Looking forward to next year's Green chilly. I just want to say thank you. And I will enjoy my green chili. One word to remember when you Order the chili GUARANTEED.”

“When my Hatch arrived I only recieved 5 pounds instead of the 15 I ordered. I contacted customer servicd and the following week I had the remaining 10 pounds. We love our Hatch!”
