“My second year ordering, excellent and easy ordering, but my hot hatch chili's this season only had a tang to them not hot at all , but I have backup, last year's extra hot have left overs, will mix to get my heat, yummy”

“My Anaheim and Big Jim Chilis arrived in wonderful condition...just like from the farmers market in Colorado where I used to live! I roasted them the same day and they are in my freezer waiting for many cooking adventures. I also tried your recipe for Street Corn Dip and it was fantastic! My new favorite and I sent it to friends in CO to try. I also just bought a freezer so think I'll order some more!”

“Sent 4 lbs fresh medium heat chile to a friend -Bee-bee - near Tampa, FL. So far she has made salsa, gumbo & linguini. She also gave some whole fresh chiles to friends. Bee-bee loves that her home smells "like a Mexican restaurant kitchen." I think that means two thumbs up!”

“OK, I have used Hatch Chile Stored for a long number of years now. The product is always great and the logistics which are very specific on my end (we have a party with about 200 guests) every year. They always find a way to get it done. More importantly, the product is outstanding. We order 300 lbs in different heat levels. The chiles are always fresher than you can find them in Texas. This year we literally had maybe 15 dead chiles out of 300 lbs. That is almost an impossibility. Living in Texas, everyone is happy with what Central Market, HEB and others bring in early in August. Hatch Chile Store blows them out of the market in terms of quality, heat and flavor. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.”

“I ordered 5# of Hatch green chile for a birthday gift to my daughter that grew up in Albuquerque but now resides in Florida. The order was processed, packed and shipped in such a timely manner that the chiles were delivered early! I live in Colorado, and I love buying Hatch locally. Hatch Chile Store allows me to share with those who go without with easy ordering, very punctual shipping, and delivery of a still frozen or fresh order.”
