“This is the second year I have ordered Hatch Chiles from this store. They are nice and fresh when they arrive. I roasted them up and froze them so I can enjoy them all year.”

“The crew at the Hatch Chile Store rocks! I live in Wisconsin and was recently asked to enter the green Chile I brag about in a local chili cook off. My dilemma is that I can’t just run to the corner chile stand to pick up a bushel of freshly roasted Hatch chiles. I found these guys on the web and sent an inquiry expecting to wait days for a response. To my surprise, I had an answer in my inbox the next morning, placed an order and less than a week later I have chiles simmering on the stove. My shipment arrived this morning as promised, still frozen solid. I ordered chopped chiles and they are cleaned better than when I did it myself and the flavor and aroma are amazing! I will be a repeat customer and can’t wait to try some of their chile rellenos.”

“Could not be more disappointed with customer service. Recently had two order delayed. Purchased the “guaranteed freshness” option on both. Was told fresh chilies with spoilage (delivered 10/1 after delivery date was supposed to be 9/26) was “good enough” and offered 20% off my next order with no way to redeem the offer. Frozen chili a complete loss, but they argued only was in transit for 1 day (shipped 9/24 arrived 10/1). Obviously looking for a new vendor as should you. Also could not load photos of damage to review. As an update they (mostly) made it right. Staff looked at wrong tracking number and have since resent frozen chile. Still disappointed in the “guaranteed fresh” part of fresh green chile. Will self insure from now on as the option did me no good for fresh chiles.”

“Lived in New Mexico for 10 years and always enjoyed the fall for green chile . Since moving back to Massachusetts we don't have access to much chile here and if you can find it, it is not great. That is why I have ordered from you all. 😊”

“First order delivered very late, no ice left, and the box was very warm inside. I called hatch chili and spoke with Myrna. She was very happy to help me get another order out overnight. I got them today and they were frozen in the box. Myrna was very Helpful.”

“I received my 25lbs of chili. It was shipped to me. We roasted and peeled and bag them. We got 11 and 1/2 ziplock sandwich bags. So delicious. They did come with quite a bit of small chili in my box.”

“The order was received quickly and in fine condition. The chilis were fresh and most of them were a good size with meaty flesh. Some, not many, were too small for roasting so we put those aside while we roasted the others on the grille. The Sandia variety is a fairly hot variety and they did not disappoint. We have shared some with friends and neighbors and they were impressed. Today we made green chile stew with a boneless pork butt roast. Can't wait for supper.”

“If you don’t live in or near the Hatch Valley NM you can still enjoy these incredible chilis grown there! Fast delivery and the oackages were still very cold upon arrival. I recommend these chilis to whoever wants hatch chilis without having to roast and peel them yourself! My freezer is loaded up for the off season!”

“This store has the best chile in the world. I use it for just about everything. There has never been a problem with any of my orders that yge store hasn’t been able to rectify. Every time has been on the part of the shipping agency, usually resulting from not living in a major metropolitan area, not the store.”
