“I grew up in New Mexico and now I live over 1k miles away. The chilies here don’t come close! Knowing that I can get quality true hatch peppers is amazing. I ordered the chilies and tamales. Very pleased. They were thawed when they got to me but like I said over 1k miles and we had a HOT few months so that may be the culprit behind them thawing.”

“When I worked in NM I became hooked on Hatch chili peppers. They do not make it east for sale so I have to order them. LOVE the extra hot! I gave some to my coworkers and they ordered more from your store. Keep up the great work!”

“Ordered the bacon the first order had a bad odor to it ,the replacement order was delivered and there was no dry ice left and the bacon was not even cool to the touch and had to be thrown out. I requested a refund but have not seen anything yet.”

“I purchased some of the whole roasted chilis on a whim and Im very happy with them. 10 lbs of frozen chilis take up a bit of realestate in the freezer but well worth it. I chose "hot" and they are fairly frisky. Too hot for my husband. Good. More for me. HA! Linda Sequim WA”

“The chile is packed nicely and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the flavor of the chile is very muted (I'm not just referring to the heat, but the flavor also). I was alos disappointed to have been shipped chile from last year and not this year, which could have contributed to the poor flavor. I wish I woud have been told ahead of time that the chile I was receiving was a year old...I likely would not have ordered it then.”

“I live in Oregon but I grew up in Albuquerque and went to school in Las Cruces at NMSU. In the past I used to travel back to NM and bring a cooler of frozen green chili back. I ordered 25 pounds of Sandia from Hatch Chile Store on Tuesday, it shipped Wednesday, and arrived Thursday. Not a single red pepper in the box! The chili was in great shape with thick, meaty peppers. The rellenos were delicious! No need to travel back to NM for great green chili.”
