“Delighted with my rug and service, only thing that annoyed me was a charge of £15 delivery because I live in The Highlands, we are on main road not the islands so do not understand why this keeps happening”

“I was pleased with the quick response to my order but the carrier did not give enough time for me to be available for the delivery. However, it was left in a handy spot though not very secure, but, I suppose it was the best they could do.”
