“very efficiently dealt with, delivered quickly and excellent value for money we now have to see how it wears. The only downside is it keeps hold of the dog hairs and the dog hairs prove difficult to hoover up even with an animal quality vacuum cleaner but this is a minor issue even with 5 dogs. So on the whole very happy.”

“Was none too happy at first having ordered a rug for express delivery only to find that Hermes had been sitting on it for a whole week and then wanted a further three days to locate it. Nil points to Hermes!! But then James came to the rescue and arranged delivery of a rug from another source the very next day. That's what I call service!! Thank you..”
