“We received excellent service, easy website. Ordered, the tracking info was sent to us, the rug arrived right on time. The rug is lovely, the colours are true to the website photo’s, the rug appears to be good quality at a fair price, it was wrapped and packaged well. I would use The Rug Seller again and I recommend this company.”

“The actual rug I ordered should have been £110 so I assumed from the price and description that it would be a nice, heavy, quality rug. In reality, I could pick it up with two fingers and the rug was all curled up at the sides. No way was the price reflected in the quality. I therefore arranged a return but unfortunately, the courier didn't turn up. I am pleased to say however that customer service dealt with this matter brilliantly and swiftly which made up for the inconvenience and disappointment of the actual rug itself.”
