“Thank you so much for the Kudos rug I purchased as it finished off my conservatory very well. The colours match with all decor and furniture I'm very pleased. The product photos just don't do the rug justice. Thank you rugseller once again”

“The Afghan Rug was well made, and was good value._x000D_ _x000D_ My only gripe would be the delivery - we weren't even made aware of the original delivery day so were not at home for the first delivery attempt....then having paid extra for morning delivery we eventually had to take a full day off work at short notice so as not to risk the rug being returned to the depot..._x000D_ _x000D_ The contact at the Rug Seller was both apologetic and supportive but was unable to resolve this without the need for a day off and we received no gesture of goodwill for our troubles!_x000D_ _x000D_ All in all a shame when the rug itself was just what we were looking for; and on balance I would certainly consider purchasing with the Rug Seller in future.”

“FAST DELIVERY BUT THE COLOUR OF THE RUG IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE SHOWN. IT IS MORE OF A RED COLOUR - OR BERRY LIKE THE DESCRIPTION - DEFINATELY NOT AN AUBERGINE COLOUR AS ILLUSTRATED. THE RUG IS REALY HEAVY DUTY QUALITY, SO WE DECIDED TO KEEP IT EVEN THOUGH THE COLOUR WAS WRONG. IF USING THIS SELLER AGAIN, I WOULD DEFINATELY CHECK WITH THEM ABOUT COLOUR BEFORE ORDERING.”
