“If the rug is out of stock and you have a expected date for receiving it in, if you inform your customer this would save a wasted phone call and you would not need to respond to the querry. The Rug its self is great.”

“I would have loved to have given five stars, because delivery was so prompt and one rug was perfect. However, the second has been notified as marked and I have still not received a replacement or notification of when I am likely to receive one. This runner is needed desperately. I appreciate that it is Christmas, but I would like to receive the replacement early in the New Year.”

“Unfortunatelt, the rug is darker than I had hoped for or thought from the picture. I was looking for a pale surround but it is more light brown.The service and delivery were first rate.”

“I was pleased with the speed of dely and glad that your returns policy allowed me to return the rug because the colour was not right for me. Not impressed to pay a total of over £18 to not get a rug! I paid dely and return cost in full....”

“The colours of the rug are much darker than those shown in the picture (the cream squares are actually grey) I did another search on the Eden rug and it showed another picture and in reality the actual colours are somewhere inbetween_x000D_ kind regards_x000D_ Andy”

“The rug arrived promptly and is a good quality - unfortunately, unlike the other reviewers, the rug appears more brown in reality that the web page photo suggests. I was hoping for something which was more burgandy in colour”

“Extended dilivery time out of stock and finaly the wrong colour turned up it should have been green as your picture shows. but due to the trouble we had getting it we have had to accept it.”
