“Very lovely rug. Lot of satifaction. The snag being that it brings out some dust and pulls out some threads. Maybe because it is chinese handmade rug. But I do not know if this will stop with time or if it will pull out so much and become bare.”

“Although I am very pleased with my purchase, I was disappointed with the service and communication. I was told the item I first ordered was out of stock well after payment had been made and after selecting another item and paying the difference, I waited four weeks before finally chasing up delivery, only to be told that they thought it had been sent and they would chase it up. From initial order to delivery it took about two months.”
