“Rug was dispatched very quickly, however, the images online are not a great representation of the rug ordered and after four days, I am still waiting on a reply to be able to return it.”

“Hello. We are pleased with our rug. However, it really smelt for the first couple of days! Not sure if it was because it was stuck in plastic! Thankfully it has gone now. We also received no notification that the rug had arrived - my husband happened to notice a package in our front garden - no note through the door or email to say it had arrived! Thanks, Catherine Netto”

“this rug tends not to lie completely flat, and one corner turns up and so I have to stick it down with double sided carpet tape, which did not want to do, so rather disappointing”

“Nice colours. Seems to be good quality. Mine is not perfect though: there seems to be a little'dent' in the mustard colour which makes it look like a stain and it is out of line at one end but I guess I will have to live with that.”

“You would spare your customers a lot of frustration if you mark the rugs out of stock if they are. I had to wait for 1.5 months for my rug because of that. Otherwise your service is great.”

“delivered quickly, was what we wanted (however would have liked it to be a bit thicker as can feel and see the weave easily when parted - not a prob though) Our 4 month old loves rolling on it. Would definately buy from rugseller again”
