rug ok the only complaint is it was rolled very tight and the lines are taking ages to come out I have had it laid flat in a warm spare bedroom for over a week have now put it in my lounge where I purchased it for but can still see the lines I think it was pulled to tight with the plastic ties hope the lines come out soon any suggestions

The rug arrived promptly and was of good quality, however, it did not fit our colour scheme as this is difficult to judge online. What we hadn't realised was that we had to return the rug at our expense via courier organised by ourselves which is costly and time consuming. As the company is an online retailer we feel this should not be the case as obviously it is difficult to match colours exactly when you are only seeing them on a computer screen. It should be much clearer from the outset what the returns policy is. You are only given 48 hours to advise the company of your wish to return the item and our first email did not receive a response so I had to email for a second time. We would not order again from this company due to its returns policy.

We had a problem with the courier they used UK Mail the rug took a week to get to us, just thought there was not much support from the rug seller they were not proactive enough in resolving the problem, it was left to me to call them when delivery didn't happen. Just hope they learn from my honest opinion. Produce was great on a lighter note.

Received several e-mails including ones on how to care for your rug - which was useful. The day before delivery, I was sent an e-mail saying that I would be contacted to let me know when my 1 hour allotted time slot would be - BUT I never received a phone call/text/e-mail to tell me when this time slot would be - so the service from the company could have been better ..........

The rug I received from the Rug Seller was very nice which is the only reason I gave 3 stars. I was emailed by the courier company to say the rug would arrive between 9-10 on the Friday so I got someone to stay in. By lunchtime it had still not arrived so I emailed the company as I was at work. I got an email to say the driver had been delayed. I got home at 4 and the rug still had not been delivered. I emailed the company again - no response so I phoned the company and was on hold for 35 minutes to a 0345 number and the call still didn't get answered. I emailed the rug company for help but didn't receive a response til Mon. The courier company website said I wouldn't receive the rug until Monday so I emailed saying no one would be in. Again no response but then I got a text on the Saturday saying the rug would be delivered between 12-1 which to be fair it did but when I looked on the website it said the driver had broken down the day before. All they had to do was tell me but instead I had someone waste their day waiting in and god knows how much money I've spent on that phone call trying to get in touch. Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't use this company again which is a shame as the rug itself is lovely.

I had to send the rug back it was to big I was going to order another one but it cost me twelve pound to return so don't think I will bother at that price

Lovely rug at a good price. But frustrated by lack of despatch/delivery information. Couldn't find anything on website, and I received no confirmation/tracking/shipping e-mails.

I like the overall effect of the rug. However there is one poorly finished piece of jute which spoils the look of the rug and I have had to stitch it down as it is fraying already.

the mat is very good except the colour, iterracota is what i wanted ,as the name indicated,,on line . but its more red ,as the name on the carpet is (papreicia red,) i never checked the colour on line as i clicked on a beige , then selected terracota, so i was not pleased to recive the redish carpet, i did phone your department and explained my problem, the gentel man said to photograpth it , but to be honest, am not sure how to upload . so i have placed the carpet else where . i did not want the hastle of sending it back. the carpet and service was brilliant.

Very quick deliver on the item and no problems with the item itself. No return slip enclosed though so unsure how you would return the product should it not have been satisfactory

The rug arrived very promptly. But I am having to return it, because the pictures on the website are not a true depiction of the colour [beige]. It is a very grey beige, not a nice caramel like the images, and just, to my mind, makes the rug look grubby. All a matter of taste, no doubt, but think it important to point out.

We ordered two 6'X4' sisal rugs. The first one out of the bag was excellent but unfortunately the second had a wavy discolouration along the full length of the rug approximately 2/3 inches wide. We have not informed the supply as it is just too much effort to return it when the replacement might be even worse.

I arranged for the rug to arrive on a particular day, but it didn't arrive until the evening of the next day. It was left with my neighbour at no. 28, but the card said it had been delivered to 32. I wasn't impressed with the delivery situation. The rug itself is beautiful and worth the money.

Delivered within the timescale! However rug is completely different colour to how the picture suggests. Much lighter and the pike doesn't look as thick.

My rug buying experience wasn't good but I do not blame The Rug Seller, it was their courier who was at fault, City Link, who delivered it to the wrong address. It took a couple of days to locate it through various means. The rug itself is gorgeous, I love it (Twilight beige 160cm x 230cm) and I am now considering purchasing another one sometime soon.

The ordering and delivery process were fine, but the rug is poor quality. I did order a cheap one, so can't complain too much, but it is creased from being rolled/folded up in transit and refuses to lie flat even after being weighed down for several days.
