Hi Order for standard item placed on the 1st of Feb 2016 got delivered on the 12th of Feb. Really ???… obviously money taken just after purchase. Dispatch confirmation sent on the 7th of Feb. Wrong address given to the courier. On today's competitive market the choice of suppliers is huge. I am bit disappointed. Not sure if to use again in the future. Maybe one off situation. Also have to admit that their CS was good and handled the issue well and swiftly. Good quality product. Thanks

Delivery was brilliant, however I am going to reserve judgement on the product which is a shaggy leather rug because it sheds alot not sure if this is normal but the strips of leather do not appear to be attached very well a little disappointed

Very good service. Disappointed with the colour of our rug as it was no where near as beautiful as the pics on the web page.... but at the price did not think it worth a refund. It will do.

Ease of ordering: Excellent. Speed of delivery: Excellent. Packing: Excellent. Quality of product: Very Poor - cheap - probably what I deserve for being seduced by such a low price. I have given the product away to a charity shop.

Response time and product very good. Delivery less so. I live in a town house and despite running down 2 flights of stairs to answer door immrdiately the deliveryman was already looking for a neighbour to leave my package with. Most people do need a little time to answer door !!

No email to say when rug was coming- so needed to ring up to find out- so not that great. The runner i ordered was the wrong colour but couldn't be bothered to change it. All in all probably wouldn't bother again.

Beautiful rug, quality is evident however colours in the photos are not true to life. Not so much shades of blue, much more teal. Having purchased this rug for my baby boys room the colour was important and it just isn't right. Have now rolled the rug up and stored it in the hope it may get used in the future. Having paid extra delivery charges to Northern Ireland, paying to return it would just be an additional waste of money. Really disappointed as it is genuinely great quality and I was so pleased when I found what I thought was the "perfect" rug.

Quick service, great delivery , replied quick to Facebook message although trying to get through on the phone not good, it kept saying their hours but didn't answer or allow to leave a message... Rug was great though!!

My first purchase from this company, good selection of rugs. However, I had to return the item as it did not resemble the picture on the website, the item I thought I had ordered. Took a while to organise their acceptance of a return which they only accept via a courier.

Would have been a good (or even very good!) if I had been kept informed about the delivery of the second rug I ordered at the same time as the first (which arrived pretty promptly). As it happens, I'm still waiting and have heard nothing despite sending an email.

Fantastic range of rugs at this seller, both designs and sizes. Website pretty easy to navigate. Service was quick and efficient, very please with the rug. But an unfortunate downside - once I had registered with them, they sent me back at an email to say they received my registration (fine) BUT with my password spelled out in it (not fine!)

bought a super sisalo rug for the kitchen. it is a nice looking rug however, there is a crease line right across the middle of the rug which refuses to straighten out. it makes the rug look cheap and we have tried all ways to straighten it out. also the the stitching around the edges looks frayed so not happy with the purchase after just over a week.

Ordering and paying for the rug was easy. We are very pleased with it and think it is very good value. However, the rug should have arrived on the Monday. When they're was no sign of it by early pm I phoned the couriers office to be told they had 'lost track of it for 24 hours'. I then spoke to the rugseller.co.uk who said they would speak to the couriers. This they did and then told me it would be arriving Tuesday. This was no good as we were going to be out all day. We arranged delivery for Wednesday morning. The delivery driver was most helpful and polite but I was really frustrated by the waiting around and uncertainty. (he did try and deliver it on the Tuesday when I had said specifically not to). We recently had an appliance delivered by a well known electrical on-line retailer. The whole process was totally sress-free as delivery was on time and I was kept informed throughout. Something some on-line retailers could learn from.

I have received two emails to say my rug is out of stock and what do I want to do. I replied to both! On the same day my rug arrived, I received an email saying it was out of stock. The delivery driver was lovely, he said it happens all the time!

The description and image of the rug online was not what arrived . Will be sending it back as its a different colour. However the service has been excellent and the rug seller company has been really informative and helpful

Quick delivery with good progress information. When rug arrived as soon as I unwrapped the first layer of packaging the smell of "damp" and "really old houses" was obvious. Once unwrapped and laid out the smell was overwhelming. The rug smelt like it had been in a damp warehouse for months. When I enquired the very friendly staff member said his quality control team said this was normal and the smell would go within 48 hours. It says this on the FAQs also. One week later it is the first thing you smell when entering the house. Due to the phone call and website info I haven't even bothered to call again.

The rugs are OK, sadly the courier company used was not, Sellers website tells you to contact courier and use order number as consignment number, this does not work, I rang courier twice both times they were going g to ring me back neither did, after i again I was told the delivery had been made and left in a secure place behind the gate, in my garden,as it was raining I was not too impressed - the website says they will not leave, when I get home I find no rug, but I do find a card telling me to contact courier, which I did and arranged to collect - shambles.

Very poor communication (had to chase for order acknowledgement and phone calls not returned) . Also goods not delivered when promised BUT when they did arrive the quality was excellent and certainly very good value. Despite the hit and miss Customer Service I would use again
