“Delivery was very quick and rug perfect but unfortunately it has been rolled up for a long time and there are creases in it that show no signs of disappearing!!”

“I was a little miffed when I was told the length of time for delivery, but they delivered the rug the next day. I was out at the time so they left it at the newsagent's collection point, where I was unable to collect it without a car, but when I requested re-delivery, I was told there would be a long wait again, so was not best pleased. However, I am pleased with the rug itself, which is good value and as shown.”

“The rug itself was of good quality and design when it arrived, however I had to chase information on dispatch as there was no update. I was persuaded to buy from an unknown online seller by good Trustpilot reviews and the 'hassle free' returns policy, but when I came to return the rug I was told to arrange and pay for my own courier service. I wouldn't call that hassle-free. Disappointing.”

“The rug was not the colours portrayed on the website. I printed off the rug so I could match a roller blind. Now I have two different blues. As the rug had other colours in it, I accepted it, but it should be true to colour match. Otherwise, good.”

“The Rug Seller was great on price and selection, ie. they were only company on Web to provide what I wanted. They were poor though on communication, had to phone to see where my order was and when it would be delivered. But v pleased with product. RonB”

“The picture of the rug did not accurately reflect the colour - it looked predominantly grey in all photos and I queried this with Customer Services (it was described as green). I was sent another photo, also grey, so I ordered it. When it arrived it was a drab, olive green colour. I complained and asked them to pay the return costs. Initially they said no, as the T&Cs stated that colour variations may apply. I argued that this was more than a slight colour variation, it was a different colour completely. After having another look at photos I sent them, they agreed and arranged collection and a refund. Customer Services (James) was very helpful throughout and has offered to have a look in person at any future rug I may purchase from them, so that I can be confident of the colour. They have also said they will be taking more photos so this does not happen again.”

“We actually thought we were purchasing a rug making kit as this was advertised on a site we were searching amongst kits. We were a bit disappointed when it arrived as a ready made item. It does seem to be a good quality, but we will not be placing any further orders.”
