“They did not make me happy. Did not know when delivery was being made and when I phoned to chase the delivery, there no help from the staff member.”

“The order was easy to process and arrived quickly. However, I was asked if there were any special delivery instructions and then these were ignored. That made me very disappointed in the service.”

“I'm giving the 3 starts because the rug was way delayed by almost 5 weeks. At first I was happy because they updated me why it will be delayed but then there was no communication and when I called for an updated I was given wrong information. However the last assistant (Sarah) I spoke to was very helpful. Although I was not happy to wait for such a long time, it was worth the wait as the rug is so nice and looks perfect in my house.”

“Nice rug, good website which was easy to navigate. Great product selection at reasonable prices. We had free delivery but did take the maximum amount of time (10 days ) to arrive. Would use this company again”

“This should have been a one star but the quality and good vslue of the rugs has bumped it up. Do not order if you are in a hurry! I waited weeks! I e mailed them three times and got no response at all. When I threatened to cancel my irder of nearly £400, then I received a text saying delivery would be in 2 days - which it was. I did get an e mail apology for the delay after delivery had been made.”

“Hi, I ordered 3 rugs from you and am very disappointed with them. They are nothing like the ones on your website with look neat and lovely colours. Mine are scruffy to say the least, totally different colours than shown, in my opinion they spoil the room. there is also too much white and with a Labrador they already are looking grubby. I bought some beautiful rugs from you about 4 years ago, excellent quality, but I shall thin twice before I buy again. Yours extremely disappointed, Isabel.”

“There was no communication from Rug Seller until I asked where my rug was. I was told it would not be in stock for at least another 6 weeks. They were paid long before then.. The item has arrived now”

“The Rug is of good quality and looks good. The problem I had was with UPS, the delivery company used by The Rug Seller, as I waited an entire day in a brand new, empty house for the rug to arrive, only to be told that the rug had actually been loaded onto an incorrect truck, and would only be delivered the following day! I got no updates all day although I had requested delivery updates. I phoned twice during the day and all they could say to me was that the rug was on its way, which actually, it was not!”
