“Love the rug, fits perfectly in the kitchen but folding a rug of this type with a rubberised backing for delivery not a good idea. Still trying to get the creases out and one edge had been folded over and no idea if we can ever get it flat. This type of rug should be rolled for dispatch.”

“The rug it's self is fantastic as was the customer service. I've marked then down due to the poor delivery service they use (ups) it cost me 4 hours and a 110 miles drive to finally get my rug after the delivery driver blatantly lied saying be attempted delivery (checked cctv)”

“buying the rug was easy and no problem actually the delivery of the rug was impossible , UPS must be the worst delivery company in existence , after emailing and many phones calls to UPS in the Philippines....... what a joke and Rug Seller cust service .....I gave up and cancelled and now getting a refund , and have actually gone somewhere else and got the same rug £6 cheaper , how UPS stay in business is a mystery to me , sending out emails saying the rug has been delivered then it has not then tomorrow then tomorrow then 3 days later still no rug not even sure where it is........ sorry state of affairs to do business like this , taught me a lesson if I buy again from online I will ask who delivers the item .”

“Ordered 2 shaggy rugs in beige for same long lounge..completely different beiges..1 with 2 tone beige and 1 flat beige..disappointed..one quality seems better than the other also. Obviously could not expect the earth for sum paid for the 2, But, would not recommend sadly..the 2 tone beige also has some shaggy pieces in beige floral..believe it or not, but quite true..was looking forward to their arrival..have purchased shaggy leather before, doubt these 2 will be long lasting in the short term. Sorry about review, but, a fair and honest one..”

“The carpet is very nice. However there is an incredible amount of shedding. Apart from having to vacuum there are also vast amounts of fibres which stick to any fabric sitting on it. We recently had our granddaughter to stay who is 8 months old and crawling. We had to cover the carpet with a blanket to prevent her inhaling the fibres. I can only hope that this is because the carpet is new and that this will diminish in time. The experience has put me off buying a wool carpet in the future, I will stick to synthetic.”
