“I love the rug however I order and payed for the rug but it was out of stock and I got an email saying it would be back in stock on the 15/01/18 and would be dispatched on the 22/01/18 however the a week later I still had not receive th rug and rang the man on the phone was very helpful and said that the wrong email had been sent and it should have said the 15/02/18 I was fine with this as I had been given information. The man on the phone also told me that because of the trouble that they would ring me to arrange a delivery time that would suit me however this did not happen so the first time it was delivered I missed it as I was at work.”

“Rug has finally arrived and looks fine.However I paid for a Saturday delivery costing £20, the rug was delivered midweek whilst I was away for a few days. Fortunately my elderly neighbours took delivery which was exactly what I wanted to avoid due to the rug's size and weight.I would appreciate if the £20 can be credited back on to my credit card.”

“I'm really pleased with the rugs especially with the discount. Haven't washed them yet as you can put them in washing machine so will wait and see. Love the designs. The only fault was the order process, took along time but once I had contacted them they were delivered very quickly. It might have been because I ordered them on Boxing Day. I would still use The Rug Seller as I love the rugs. Perfect fit as well.”

“Sorry to report that as of now we are not particularly happy because the wrong rug was delivered to us last week and we have been informed the correct design is out of stock .Therefore,we shall now have to wait for delivery sometime week commencing 22nd of January,which is somewhat annoying as it was paid for on the 31st Dcember”

“Generally i like the rug. quick delivery well packaged but once rolled out one edge appears like it's been chewed the threads aren't nice and plush like the opposite side, looks mangled and spoils the whole effect. I really can't be bothered 're packaging to send it back but it makes me doubt if I'd buy again from the rug seller”

“Purchased two rugs and am very happy with the product and price. However, I had no contact from anyone until a delivery driver phoned to say he would be arriving in half an hour. Confirmation that order was being processed, despatched and some indication of delivery date would be most helpful and would have resulted in 5 stars. Keep the customer informed please.”

“The rug was packaged well and was just what we were wanting - lovely and soft. Unfortunately their was a delay with the delivery and I had to chase up and it took a few weeks longer than expected to take delivery of rug.”

“I'm am over the moon with my rug, but unfortunately it took four months for it to arrive, don't get me wrong it was worth waiting for but come on rug seller you need to get on top of your delivery service”

“Love the rug, fits perfectly in the kitchen but folding a rug of this type with a rubberised backing for delivery not a good idea. Still trying to get the creases out and one edge had been folded over and no idea if we can ever get it flat. This type of rug should be rolled for dispatch.”
