“I was disappointed with the two Hug Rugs I bought. They slip all over the place. My Turtle rug doesn't do this, it seems to have a superior backing that is anti-slip. I was trying to save money by buying a Hug Rug, and in fairness Hug Rug come in a broader range of designs, but will not buy again. The buying process and delivery was straight forward. So in summary my experience of the seller was good, but the product poor.”

“Rug arrived quickly. Colours were a little disppointing-was sure there was a duck egg coloured leaf. Impressed that it's made totally from recycled materials. Good size and as promised it stays put! Rather expensive.”

“Just had new carpet laid in our hall, used a piece of left over carpet to make runner at front door to save carpet. Hence the need for carpet grip. This product is okay but runner does still move.”

“Pleased with the rug but the delivery service was poor. The tracking and customer helpline advised rug was on route but it was still in the warehouse and never loaded onto the van. Frustrating when taking time off work for the delivery!”

“The rug I ordered was the royal nomadic the design is lovely and matches my colour scheme perfect but rug looks a lot thicker online it’s quite thin on arrival if it didn’t match my decor so perfectly I would of returned”

“Got my rug last week. Love the rug but unfortunately the colour is not a great match with the rest of my room. On Monday I tried to chat online with the rug seller to see if I could change the rug but to date no one has come back to me. So I’m left with the rug as I do not know what to do next. Aftersales seems poor.”

“Size and colour perfect. Wanted none slip as they were for the kitchen. They do not slide when stood upon but they can be slid by pushing with the foot. A bit curly on the edges too. Just acceptable.”

“Very pleased with rugs but concerned about the delivery provided by UPS. I got confirmation of next day delivery and knew that I wouldn't be in. I went on to their website and changed to an alternative date. They sent me an email confirmation of the change. However the next day I got an email saying delivery had taken place. There was a card through the door saying the parcel was behind the bins!! I'm not sure how this complies with the email I received from you saying that they would not deliver without a signature. So only six out of 10 because of delivery problems and 0 out of 10 for UPS!!”

“Unfortunately we had a very late delivery on the rug we chose (ie 2 + months), which we were not warned off when ordering. Otherwise rug is acceptable now received, perhaps a littler darker than portrayed on the website (which was a little dissapointing).”

“Rug arrived well and securely packaged. I’m still making my mind up about it. The lighter part looks a bit too yellow as if the colour has run, but I’ll give it time to grow on me. I appreciate the comprehensive care instructions sent and will certainly follow them.”

“Rug was great, but we had to return it because the wife didn't like the colours when it turned up (it didn't look like it had Brown strands in the pics). We've reordered in a different colour but it's cost £14 to return it.”
