“First purchased a rug which when arrived was nothing like in the picture on the website. When I contacted the rug seller they said computer screens are different and they try to be accurate with their pictures. But the difference was immense: the rug had cream background in the photo and pastel abstract pattern, but actually was very dark bottle green - awful colour. I was offered a choice of courriers to return the rug from Parcel2Go website, but had to pay for postage because I received a correct item. I then ordered a plain carpet instead in ivory which looks good in the spare room.”

“I recently purchased two small rugs for thresholds to protect our main carpet. These rugs are fine, however they move about a lot so I ordered some rug gripper having first enquired whether it works on carpet. Having been assured it did, I proceeded to lay the gripper. It is just about acceptable but the rugs are still moving so I am slightly disappointed, not so much with the movement but that I was assured that this would not continue. The gripper seems fine on hard floors.”

“The rug I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive it then was left outside in the rain by the courier and the packaging was torn on the corner causing the mat I ordered to get wet (looked like the package a Had been dragged along a wall or something corse) the mat once I got it out and dried off then malted fluff for days and days even after hoovering it as a result now looks less dense than it should do. Overall not great service and not a great product wont be ordering from the rug seller again unfortunatly.”

“The actual rug I ordered should have been £110 so I assumed from the price and description that it would be a nice, heavy, quality rug. In reality, I could pick it up with two fingers and the rug was all curled up at the sides. No way was the price reflected in the quality. I therefore arranged a return but unfortunately, the courier didn't turn up. I am pleased to say however that customer service dealt with this matter brilliantly and swiftly which made up for the inconvenience and disappointment of the actual rug itself.”

“Rubber backed didn't realise. Keeps riding up on carpet. Seems a lot of money for what it is. Buddy rugs sold in b&m really cheap. Disappointed.”

“Rug was nice once it finally arrived. Was annoyed that the site took my money and didn’t say I would have to wait three weeks for my rug. I didn’t hear anything so after two weeks I had to ring them. Was told it would be in stock at their warehouse in a weeks time then it would be delivered. I asked that they inform me when it arrived and although they agreed they didn’t. Was chasing this company for information which wasn’t right. Got the rug in the end which is lovely but not impressed. I’d wished I’d ordered my rug elsewhere.”

“Price and delivery were fine but the 'Bee'mat shows mud / dirt very easily and when hovered a lot of material comes off onto the brush head. Don't think it will last long.”
