“The order and delivery was okay but unfortunately the design of the rug has an aberration on it which I only noticed after I cut off the tags. Also I bought a hug rug from Lakeland the exact same size but different design and that seemed much thicker than this one. This one is shedding cotton whereas the one I got from Lakeland is not (though bought earlier)”

“The guy I spoke to on the phone was very polite and made the resend of the delivery very easy however it was a little disappointing that there was a delay due to the Incorrect address was given to the driver.”

“Rugs are lovely as I’ve ordered them before direct from hug rug. Using the rug seller Ltd they took nearly 3 weeks to arrive so as long as you don’t want them quick you are fine”

“Delivery was prompt and we were kept notified. The product itself seemed overpriced for what it was. It was basically the same as the non-slip underlay you can get at Ikea but seemed about 3 times as much. I had thought it would be something thicker offering a bit of insulation and 'give' under the feet.”

“My rug is beautiful exactly like it is in the picture the only thing is that when it was delivered it was rolled very tightly so now it has like little waxes in the rug were it has been rolled can't see to get the rug flat always got waves in it ...won't go flat”

“Our order took a very long time to come which was annoying BUT we were pleased with the communication and updates on the order status. Now our rug has arrived, we are happy with the quality and the colour. I would buy from you again but I think if the order was to be delayed again, we would cancel and go elsewhere. Thank you.”

“The Rug Seller gives one the platform to buy beautiful, premium rugs. However, I find it odd that one has to pay so much to be able to return a rug. I think there should be a better way of handling returns in order to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.”

“Happy with my rugs but the time from order to dispatch was slow. It said 1-10 days for delivery and it was 7 working days after I ordered before they were dispatched. They did arrive the next day but still I was hoping they'd have been here sooner. Would have ordered the same elsewhere if I'd known.”
