“The rug we bought is as expected, with good grip already on it as using on hard floor. It did take nearly two months to receive the item. When buying off the website it would be good to be informed of delay in fulfilling an order at point of purchase, also the. When told of delay and expected date do not think it acceptable customer has to follow up on item when the secound expected date has been and gone,”

“The purchase of the rug was very efficient and the product that arrived was a true likeness. Unfortunately it was too big for our room so I had to return it. The return process was easy enough but I would have a small complaint to make regarding this. It is not really made clear that the return couriering is the responsibility of the buyer and that the cost can be around £30 to do this. When I saw 'no quibble return' I felt confident to buy the rug even though I wasn't entirely sure about it's size but if I had know that I would have had to pay £30 to return I may have been less willing to buy.”

“It made me sad as the rug I ordered was out of stock so didn't arrive in time for Christmas, after been told it would!!”

“The quality of the rug ordered is extremely good. We are delighted with both the colours and the feel of the rug. However, the delivery time quoted on the site was between 1 and 10 working days. When we had heard nothing just before the 10 days had expired, I tried to contact the company using their e-mail form and received no response whatsoever. After the 10 days had expired we tried to contact the company several times with unsatisfactory responses and it was not until about the third attempt that we were informed that the rug had been delivered to them and would be sent out that day. Only after that did anything happen. Delivery was then quick.”

“Although customer service and delivery was standard, I gave them three stars because of the quality of the item. I have not complained to them about it because we really needed a rug but I will replace it asap. After the first hoovering bits of the carpet started coming up so definitely think it will start looking tatty pretty soon. Also does not look as nice as on the website. Has some sort of sheen to it, might be because it is polyester and not a good one either”

“Quality goods with a good Black Friday discount. Took a long time to dispatch - a couple of weeks. Communication about delivery would have helped. I ended up email to ask when my rugs we're going to be sent.”

“Rug was more or less exactly what I wanted, only thing is I am O>C>D and it would have been been good to know that the natural material in the weave comes up in places in the rug very dark in places, which to me look like dirty marks........................................I know that is not a valid reason in most peoples eyes, but to me I can not have it on my floor as in parts it looks dirty.........all is not lost though.......I now have it in my bedroom, underneath my bed....”

“emailed 'not Thursday for delivery' - delivery Thursday ! - Had to go and pick it up - twice - needed identification (not asked for on the phone). Colour seems ok - room not ready for unpacking.”
