Runner is of good quality, but disappointed with lighter coloured fibres showing through in places....gives impression it needs vacuuming even though it's perfectly clean!

Anti-slip sheet. Works fairly well but needs to be attached to rug to properly prevent movement.

very disappointed,did not realised had to pay return delivery charges,the company should have given two more chances to change rugs with redeemable vouchers to the value of return delivery charges. thanking you Bob

Was not very happy with the rugs. The colour shown on the Internet was completely different to what arrived. I had to then purchase additional things in order to make it appropriate. Not very happy.

I ordered two rugs to have a choice - both rugs were really nice and good quality - either one would have been nice but I made my choice and sent the other one back. Returns service isn't great in that you have to organize and pay for this yourself - it isn't the paying so much as having to find a company to take it back - other rug sellers arrange return even though you have to pay which is fair enough. My biggest gripe is I still haven't had a refund - even though I sent it back on the 11th May its now the 27th - it came out of my PayPal account quickly enough why cant it go back in? I spoke to two people with regard to my orders and they were both helpful and polite.

I had to chase up my purchase / refund and then again another putchase. It took an age for them to tell me my first order was out of stock, then had to chase for refund.the second order, there was no indication of delivery time until I emailed. The rug when it did arrive was good but not true of its dimensions. Poor customer relations and not enough correspondence to let you no what's happening

Liked the colour but disappointed to find after only 2 days that one of the corners became detached from the external edging, exposing a frayed end. Had to result in stitching this back in place. In hindsight I should have returned the rug. Now concerned re the overal durability if the rug as it is in the kitchen. Mrs Cobbett .

The rug was fine, exactly as described and just what I was looking for. However, wrong size delivered which was a pain as I had to take it into work as it needed a signature on return.

Rug seems to be as described and ordered - good value for money. However the delivery process was less than satisfactory as the company used-UPS - were clearly inefficient. I was given a date of proposed delivery and was actually in when delivery was first "attempted" but did not hear any doorbell or knocking. Discovered a card later that morning but it had not been fully completed so I could not ascertain which collection point it had been taken to. No real option but to request another delivery - impression given was that it would be the next day but waited in all day to no avail. Third day it arrived just as I was going out. Communication must be improved to effect a good service.

Email received when payment made however no further info received regarding despatch details likewise with return.I had to make contact by phone to confirm details .I did however receive confirmation of return by email after my telephone call.

the rug looked thicker and the squares more defined in the picture on the website. I was disappointed when it arrived.

The rug was rolled tightly & this has stopped the rug from lying flat even after a week. Should I roll it the opposite way to try & see if this solves the problem.?

Rug arrived in good time. The picture on the website was a much lighter colour than real life. Looked wrong in my room. Returned it. A bit of an effort as it is returned at your own cost and i needed to find a courier

It was a pity that my order was taken by a young lady who obviously had had a really bad night, I had to give her my name, address and email and all the ordering details at least three times and repeat myself, I felt that she really was not with it at all. I then did not receive an email to confirm my order after asking for it twice, so in fact I was a little nervous that the rug was not going to appear at all. The rug was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered because apparently the courier could not find our house (which is on a main road); he could have telephoned us if he had had our telephone number. I then had to chase the courier company to find out about our order and eventually it was delivered the next day. Pity, because the rug is nice.
