“I was disappointed to find the rug colour shade very different from that represented which meant I was left with return costs for the rugs as no free returns policy. The quality was pretty awful but then the rugs were cheap and only meant for a walk through area where my dogs pass by so cannot complain . However I will never now purchase online for such items.”

“The rug which you sent was received quickly and we are very pleased with it. My main disappointment, which prevents me from giving a higher rating, was the attitude of the courier driver who delivered the rug. As I am disabled my wife politely asked the driver whether he would mind carrying the rug alongside our bungalow about 20 yards on a flat surface to the summerhouse where we are using it. He rolled his eyes with a miserable look on his face, deposited it abruptly by the side of our garage and drove off without asking for a signature as proof of delivery. My wife therefore had to carry it to the summerhouse.”

“Extensive stock online at reasonable prices. Bit disappointed I had to contact customer services 1 week after paying for my order in order to ascertain the whereabouts of my purchase. The pause on the phone said it all as it appeared to have been forgotten about however to be fair it was quickly rectified and the rug was received in good condition the following day. Overall a satisfied customer.”

“The rugs look nice and feel soft. However, they are slippery to touch and I am very concerned that some product which has been used on the fibres is transferring on to the oak floor on which they are placed. Since placing the rugs on my kitchen floor it has become dangerously slippery, despite repeated cleaning. Perhaps you could investigate and advise?”

“My initial experience with Rugseller was excellent, the ordering and delivery of the two rugs was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately one of the rugs was faulty. Rugseller agreed to replace the rug and gave me Friday 1st May as delivery day. Having stayed in all day Friday and Saturday the rug was not delivered but at 2.15pm on Friday a courier came and collected the faulty rug. He did not have the replacement rug or a return label for the rug he was collecting. I do not feel I can give a star rating because of the two experiences. Order no. 03Rugs194176”

“The rug itself (Cascade) was excellent. Unfortunately the anti-slip backing was not delivered. I called and was told it had been left on the van and would be delivered the next day. Which it wasn't. Then I called again and was told it would be delivered the following Monday morning. It came Monday afternoon. Quite annoying! Having said this, I would order from here again as the rugs themselves are fine - just be aware that delivery times may be unreliable!”

“Overall im pleased with product but a little disappointed that overall shape of rug is inconsistent. One corner a bit distorted which I would expect in a cheaper product but not in one for over £100.00.”

“The rug arrived as arranged and will not be returned.It has alot of faulty bits and unfortunately has no visable edge so it looks like a piece cut of a fitted carpet. Every move of a foot stool, coffee table, chairs etc lives a flatten shape as the knit is too large. Not too happy with my purchase .”

“I was ready from a previous review to receive a rug whose colours are not as saturated as on the ads. So I wasn't disappointed. I can imagine that customers are though and I think you need to improve the colours as they are far duller in reality than your ad shows”

“I ordered my rug 4th November with a 16 week wait. I am still waiting apparently it's on a boat somewhere. It seems most have next day or couple of days for delivery. My rug better be excellent to wait this long!!!!!!!”

“The rug was not delivered on the day specified. It was originally delivered the next day and was delivered out of the specified time, fortunately someone was at home to accept delivery.”

“The rug was good quality but I was disappointed that it was not the colour I had ordered and that the size advertised was not accurate. I emailed my complaint which was responded to very quickly, I sent a picture of the carpet and the label as requested .... but since then absolute silence. Disappointed.”
