“Service was good, however was not entirely convinced by the rug. It looked alot better on the website than actually was.”

“I was quite pleased with the quality of the rug I bought but the measurements were short of what I ordered. Had good customer service from the company who agreed to replace the rug.”

“After some delivery problems the rug (Vintage Patchwork Multi) arrived. It feels somewhat thinner than that 8mm described and consequently is rather flat. The colours are slightly more muted than in the website illustration but in my room that is a plus rather than a minus point. On the other hand, it is a perfect fit for the area that I need to cover and it looks great and very stylish. The quality is very reasonable so I will keep it rather than return it. Overall It is an 'OK' buy.”

“fast and efficient delivery, colour good and generally a nice rug, ther was one pull on the weave, which was disappointing but manged to remove without a run.”

“Ordering was simple and I received regular emails regarding status of my order and shipping etc. It arrived well wrapped and I am delighted with it. The only downside is that the courier would only attempt delivery once before the item had to be collected from their depot - not the most straightforward journey - and I was given no option to reschedule a second delivery. This would put me off from using the rugseller again which is unfortunate because it is not the rugsellers fault.”

“Product (a rug) was lovely, and delivery was quick. However, after sales service was not helpful - the rug was a very different colour from what was displayed and stated as the colour. but this was not regarded as a 'fault '. Return had to be paid for (very expensive) and there was no process for this other than sorting out a courier yourself - tricky to take a large heavy rug toa depot in the back of a small car! Return had to be within 7 days, also tricky when working 5 days a week. None of this was made clear online during the purchase sequence. Compare this to John Lewis who allow 90 days and all returns are free, with a collection service. I would buy another rug from Rugseller but would be very cautious. I am now stuck with a rug that isn't the colour I was expecting, because the cost of returning is prohibitive and I have exceeded the 7 days.”

“Took over a week to ship the order, which is a long time considering it was in stock. When arrived the rug is reasonable quality but the colours are nothing like on the picture, quite dissapointed with purchase”

“Unfortunately the rug is not suitable for what I intended but the quality is good One dowmsize is the carpet was rlef so tightly I am having difficulty getting marks out Overall the rug is alright”

“Rug was as advertised and it arrived quickly. I think it had been sitting in a warehouse for a very long time though, as the packaging was filthy and the rug was so tightly rolled up that it's still not flat a week later.”

“Buying and delivery was easy and quick and the rug is nice but when it arrived it was very smelly. It smelt very mouldy and damp. I considered returning it but instead cleaned it with carpet cleaner and left it in the garden for a day. It smells much less now and will fade more with time, but was not happy about this. Please check your storage facilities Rug Seller!”

“the rug is actually nice and looks more expensive than it was, however, the design doesn't really match my room (my poor choice really) as I have a fairly high-techno living room and the rug is a traditional one. The colour matches perfectly though. I swithered between the one I bought and another, on reflection I should have gone for the groovy modern rug! Hey ho!, it'll do.”

“The sisal rug is great. But it's a shame they use citi-link. Not as bad as DPD, but not nearly as good as the Royal Mail. So I had to drive to a depot in an out of town business park to collect.”
