“a liitle thin could have been a bit thicker in depth but am happy, looks nice with my red football curtains”

“I was pleased with the efficient ordering and delivery. The quality of the rug is very good. However I was a little disappointed with the colour. The rug looked far more cream in the photo. The detail photo picked on one corner of the rug which is much lighter than the rest. The overall colour is beige not cream. To send it back would have involved too much effort and cost.”

“The rug was of very good quality. Unfortunately the colours did not match those expected from the illustrated pictures. I believed the rug to be green and turquoise but in actual fact it was gold and beige._x000D_ I therefore returned it to you and I now await a refund for this item.”

“i wanted a rug that was not expensive but looked good. and i was pleasantly suprised, it was far better than i expected and the service was amazing. it was here within two days of ordering”

“Very happy with my new rug, the only problem I’ve had was with the delivery company, they claim there where in my house 3 times, which is not true. At the end I had to collect the rug by myself.”

“black rug is fine, but I was disappointed in the colour of the green one, it was much darker that it appeared in the picture, I have kept it because I couldn't be bothered to return it but have used it in another location.”

“Delivery was very swift following placing the order.It was very well packaged. The rug seems ok although the room we have put it in does not get used a lot. Christmas will be the testing time. Would have liked some care instructions included. Also it is darker than the picture on the internet. We expected it to be lighter”

“Nice rug - pleased with it but it would be an improvement if you could put a anti-slip backing onto the mat. I had to buy a spray cost of £8.00 to spray onto the back of it.”

“Rug not dispatched on day agreed, but was sent immediately once I contacted the company. Looks exactly as it did on the pic,a couple of bits of leather have come away,but seems to have settled now. Looks good, unusual. Would definitely use company again.”
