“Really fast delivery. The rug is lovely and luxurious. Looks great in my living room,the colour is good, not too light, or dark. Doesn't show dog hairs and always looks fresh. Good value.”

“delivery was good and in a timely manner, colour slightly different from picture on the site to the actual rug however, I think this depends on the light when the photograph was taken, the rug seems to be good quality although I can't comment on wear and tear, would buy from again.”

“I am really pleased with this rug. The pile is very thick and it has received lots of compliments! Delivery was speedy too - I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. It is shedding a lot but this is to be expected.”

“The delivery was very quick, however it proved to be too big, and I did email to find out details of how to return the item, but to this day I have not received a reply. I have since been able to let someone else make use of the rug, i.e our son. However, I would have at least liked a reply to my request, even to say that I could not return it. I don't think I will use the service again.”

“Rug very good quality and was as the website photo._x000D_ Was disappointed with the delivery service as I had to phone to find out what was happening as it was well over due. However once I had phoned I was infomred immediatly by email and kept well up to date.”

“Nice rug but unfortunately it's a bit of a magnet, have to vacuum it sometimes more than once a day. But like another review, I was a disappointed when I had to email asking for my money back after hearing no update when it went beyond the 3weeks quoted as being out of stock, I wonder if I hadn't, would I still be waiting? It did arrive quickly after this though.”

“yes we got the rug but was not round it was rectangular it was for my mother inlaw she would not let us cause any trouble by sending it back she wouldnt let us so she kept it”
