“Very pleased with the Gabbeh rug eventually ! It was really poorly packaged though . It had not been rolled evenly resulting in badly squashed ends when taken out of the plastic bags . We eventually straightened the badly kinked ends out by re-rolling and flattening them out . It now looks great and colours very close to the photos on the web site . Would use Rug Seller again.”

“Good buying experience, rug was delivered in 8 working days. Well packaged, arrived in perfect condition. Picture on line showed the colours accurately, just what i wanted. Very pleased with quality of rug and would buy from The Rug Seller again.”

“The service of the website was very good however I was not entirely happy with the product . Visually it looks good in its environment but the backing of the rug is very hard and does not feel comfortable under foot.”

“Very helpful with my enquiries and prompt delivery. The colour mix of one rug is paler than the website photo. But fortunately we rather like the faded effect. Both rugs are of expected quality and were delivered well packed. They may want to review the online description of one rug , which claims that they are manufactured in Belgium. The rug itself is clearly marked that it was made in Moldova. This does not matter to me , but it should be correct and tends to make you question if other facts are correct.”

“Slightly disappointed that my first choice of rug was unavailable and only finding this out after placing order. Woould have preferred the item to be shown as out of stock. However the replacement order and part refund were dealt with very promptly. Would use this retailer again and would recommend.”

“My order arrived safely and was well wrapped so avoiding any damage in transit. The colour and design were as expected and matches with the rest of the décor really well. The runner itself seems well made and suitable for the area in which it is used.”
