“Nice selection of rugs, but they are quite expensive for the quality. The colour is not as expected or represented on the web page, but fortunately it is Ok and goes with my décor so I am not too bothered. The quality of the rug is very average. I have bought much better quality rugs for less, but I could not find one that I liked locally so resorted to the internet. It is ok and will do, but I am not enthralled with it.”

“Rugs received! Good quality, everything arrived as expected. The only issue is that UPS (delivery service) does not give you time slot, so if you are working it may take time for you to get them delivered. But the seller and rugs are GOOD!”

“An absolutely beautiful rug but the colour is teal blue in the picture and it's very much a turquoise teal colour in reality which was ok for me but anyone looking for a blue teal colour would be disappointed.”

“Your website was easy to use, there was its of choice and I am very happy with the rug. The delivery service was not good however. I knew that I would not be here on the day they were going to deliver. I tried to contact the delivery firm directly but that proved impossible. I emailed your customer service who replied promptly. They explained that they couldn't ask for a delivery on a particular day but would tell the delivery company that I would be unavailable on the day suggested. I arrived home very late that day to find that they had delivered the rug and left it in an unlocked bike shed on the front drive.”

“Found just what I needed. If I have to make one constructive criticism it is that I would have liked to understand better the different choices in thickness and pile but that is probably for me to find out. Love my rug.”

“It was was easy to order by phone - didn't wait in a queue, instantly answered. There was a problem with my order; the supplier sent the wrong shade to The Rug Sellers, so I didn't get my order when I needed it. I must emphasise that this wasn't The Rug Sellers fault. They organised the speediest delivery from the suppliers without charge and were very patient and professional. Got my order in the end!”
