“Could have done with a little information between processing & dispatch ( got quick reply when I asked) as that felt like a void, but once on it's way speedy delivery great packing and top rate rug.”

“It was a busy Saturday morning. It was difficult place to find and we had to wait for attention but once we were seen the guy (Michael) was very helpful and offered us a few suitable alternatives given our specified dimensions. We placed the order a few days later on the phone and again the customer service was very good.( The UPS delivery people were less impressive!)”

“Website has good clear pictures of rugs. Easy to order. Very pleased with good quality rug. My only comment was the tracking of the delivery. I was not emailed to say it was on its way. I did check the website a couple of times and it said processed and on another occasion dispatched, so I rang and was told that I would receive an email so I could track the delivery, but I received nothing and later that day I received the rug as luckily I was in.”

“The quality and look of the rug I bought was really good. I'm very happy with the purchase. Sadly, the same can't be said of the courier, UPS, who were poor at best. Following several failed attempts to deliver, they eventually left it in my rear yard. Their communication and scheduling is very poor...a phone call or text to let me know of their ETA would have been gratefully received. Rugseller, get yourself a new courier!”

“Item - is as described, packaged carefully, no issues. Shipping - seller provided an UPS reference number instead of tracking #, which was not valid on UPS tracking website, therefore I was unable to track the item within UPS. Also, seller did not respond to a request to provide UPS tracking number.”
