“Very Quick delivery and reasonable prices”

“Rug is perfect in size, colour and quality. Disappointed with delivery as stayed in whole day waiting for delivery and delivery people didn't leave it but left at a pickup point when they said no one was in. No card was left through our door. House windows were open and cars outside so obvious we were in!”

“Couldn't decide on whether to go for a plain smooth rug or a shaggy eventually decided on a shaggy rug am over the moon so lovely underfoot also bought anti slip so doesn't slid all over the room Very pleased. Mrs b brotton”

“Good customer service , initial call with a new employee who was helpful, however I did need to make a second call to correct some small details on my confirmation email ( small point) the customer service team I spoke to were all very helpful and friendly and delivered what they promised ( call backs etc) and the rug was delivered promptly on the specified day. Would use again and very happy with the rug.”

“Good product and fast delivery. Only thing which might improve is some instructions on use ie do you put the material on the floor and lay the rug on top or do you stick the grip to the carpet first. A minor point but it's working well at the moment so no big deal”

“I intended to order on line but telephoned with a query and my order was taken over the telephone. My e-mail address was taken down incorrectly but I had been told the rug would be delivered on a Tuesday. The rug was not delivered nor had I received confirmation of my order. However a second telephone call resulted in an extremely efficient response and the rug was deliverd the next day.”
