“The rug I ordered was out of stock but they said it would be delivered by mid October if I could wait but also offered a full refund or choose a different one. I took the risk and waited and it was delivered exactly when they said, I love the rug and it was incrediily good value its really transformed my sitting room!”

“The delivery of the rug was very quick but unfortunately the colour was not suitable. I was unhappy at having to pay £17 to return it!!! The moral of this story is go and look at the colour of rugs before buying if possible.”

“The only reason it's not a 5 star is that the website may not be fully up to date (some rugs no longer available). Other than that couldn't fault them, friendly helpful, professional service. The rug I eventually finalised on (original one no longer available) is as described on the site, looks like the picture and good quality. Would definitely recommend The Rug Seller and would use again.”
