“I am sorry not be able to be more positive as the staff are ostensibly helpful and courteous: unfortunately, the last three orders have not appeared. The first was cancelled by the Rug Seller. The second returned for some unknown reason by the courier and the third is still awaited- the courier claims to be awaiting information from the business but, wherever the fault lies, I’m still waiting for the very long awaited rug.”

“Was a Good service Very disappointed in the outside Door Mat as it was advertised as Water Resistance, which its NOT it just holds all the water for days unless you tip it up on its side to drain for quite a while. If you dont move it out of the way when it has rained it just creates a large puddle for you to step into as you enter the house. So it is only a fair weather door mat.”
