“Very pleased.Emailed The Rug Seller to confirm Plush rug was actually in stock and received confirmation straight away.Ordered rug which arrived next day.Too many rug importers say they have stock online only to find out after paying item is still abroad.Had to have two disputes with Paypal so always check where the stock is. No promblem with The Rug Seller.”

“Easy to order, good representation of rug on the website. Very fast delivery time that was impressive. Good price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when we unwrapped it, the rug smelt really bad! It's going off a bit now but it was not pleasant.”

“Took a while to receive, and narrower than I thought as quoted approximate width 70 cm on double sheepskin. It was only 65cm wide at the widest points and generally 60 cm wide on most of the rug. So disappointed and not what I expected”

“Very good service from The Rug Seller, let down by DPD who claimed to have been unable to gain access. They didn't even ring the intercom! I was at home and waiting for the delivery. They redelivered the following day, but again did not use the intercom, just propped the rug up in the communal hall and left it. Really pleased with the rug but not impressed with DPD.”
