“Ordered a rug for the kitchen which sadly got delivered somewhere else. Called The Rug Seller and they said they would sort it out, which they did! Really pleased with the service and the quality of the rug. Will definitely be buying from them again!!”

“The three rugs I ordered have not arrived and they cannot be traced through tracking. One of your colleagues (leonie) has said that they need to be re-ordered, but I have not received an update on what is happening yet.”

“Unfortunately I still haven’t received my rug and was informed that the confirmation email that was sent to me advising me that my order had been dispatched was an error. When and if my rug arrives I may be in a better position to award more stars. Very disappointed at the moment.”
