“I ordered a rug and had to repeatedly chase the delivery with two promised deliveries that never showed. After 3 weeks I asked for a refund and was told I’d need to wait until the rug had been returned the warehouse despite me never receiving it. Pretty disappointed.”

“Delivery was good and ordering process straight forward. Unfortunately the rug did not resemble the shade of colour shown on the website, if we had seen the rug before ordering we would not have proceeded with the order. We will not be purchasing such an item or similar items on line in future.”

“I was sh_gg_d after lifting this rug into the lounge and lay on the floor like a pile of pain after unpacking it. I thought I was tufter than that. Fabulous colour, feel and texture. Very satisfied with the service, the choice and the delivery. Already told my neighbour and she has just bought one too from you.”

“Our rug arrived within just a few days and I am pleased with the product so far. The rug is moulting a little but no more than as expected for a new rug. I love the colour too as it goes well with the rest of my decor/furnishings. I found the price to be very reasonable too.”

“Brilliant, I bought two more Buddy Rugs. They are fantastic. They wash and dry brilliantly. I rarely recommend snything but Buddy Rugs are excrllent. I now have 5. 2 sre bath mats, the rest doormats. Lots of colours are available.”
