“we purchased a quilt cover. now we understand why they didn't describe the thread count in the description. the cotton was such low quality you can see through it and the navy blue colour was a faded version of the online picture. absolutely not worth the money and took 14 days to get here too. the website advertised their no quibble policy of returning items but the rug seller refused to have it back because we had opened the plastic packet - in fact it tore because it was so tightly packed in there! But how are you going to look at it unless you have taken it out! We hadn't used it, just looked at it. Feel very mislead by their policy advertised all over their website about no quibble returns and won't be recommending them. The rug we bought did like, but as not happy with their customer service, won't be returning here.”

“Was not sure about purchasing a rug without seeing it but need not have worried. Rug is beautiful and the delivery excellent. Would not hesitate from buying another one from The Rug Seller, they cannot be faulted.”

“Communication was poor following the purchase. The lead time was incorrect 7-10 days and the product arrived 17 days later . Quality of the product was fantastic but I wouldn't use them again unless it was as a last resort”

“Amazing quality, 2nd rug purchased to accompany the one I purchased last year. They are so good I cannot tell the difference between the new rug and the one I purchased last year when they are side by side. They are so thick they prevent garden chair legs sinking into the lawn, will be purchasing more, cannot recommend these rugs highly enough. Mrs Hammond - Chichester - West Sussex.”
