“I ordered a blue rug & it’s most definitely green. Also you have to pay to return it. Couldn’t find a courier to return it for a reasonable price so I’m stuck with it!!! Not happy!”

“Rug was very good quality, unfortunately the colour was entirely wrong in my room and had to return it. Rug Sellers delivery was swift as was their refund, it's a shame DHL the carrier I used was very unreliable.”

“There was a problem with supply of our new rug from the manufactures. Rugseller kept us well informed and offered a full refund but we decided to wait approximately 6 weeks. Very happy with the rug excellent quality and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”
