“Everything was easy, from ordering to delivery. Colour on website is true to rug. My washable rug has been washed, it's just as good as it was when new and...the pile is still upright as described. Love it.”

“The branded rug I bought was £80 cheaper than in the shop where I bought my suite, which is amazing as that's 25% off and it wasn't in the sale. Delivery was fast, only a few days. Sadly I had ordered the wrong colour first time but the return process was easy and my refund was issued same day. You can't say better than that!”

“My hall runner rug arrived really quickly. Well packaged and protected. Looks fab in my hall and has been really hard wearing over the winter with lots of traffic from us and our two greyhounds. I'm looking forward to washing it and seeing how it comes up. Love the colours and design and thought the website was easy to use and a great choice of rugs.”

“I am completely satisfied with the quality of my rug and the speed with which it was delivered to me. I am currently awaiting delivery of a second rug as it went out of stock after I made my order. The Rug Seller admitted fault, however, and offered me a reduction of £50 on the price, which I, again, thought was satisfactory.”

“Originally purchased the green circular rug a few years ago, but fancied treating myself for Christmas to a new one. So l bought the red one this time and on my grey carpet on the hearth it looks fabulous. The green one will be going to my daughters home.”

“The Rug itself is really nice, a good size, great pattern my only disappointment is that it still has ridges from the way it was packed. I have tried steaming it, folding it back the opposite way, vacuuming it even ironing it. I cannot put it outside in the sun so I will have to wait to try this in a few months time. Other than that very pleased with it.”

“The rug is lovely but the colour is not really as described or pictured. The colour given is saffron which is a rich golden yellow - and that is certainly what the picture indicated. The background colour is more like a beige/sandy colour - which was somewhat disappointing. I kept the rug because it still works in our scheme but it does not provide the "pop" of colour I was hoping for.”
