“Unreliable Unresponive to enquiries They have no showroom so you do need to ask advice So spending about £1000 on twp rugs, they've got my money and cant be a**** to even answer emails or calls which go to an answerphone”

“Absolutely shocking service from The Rug Seller. I bought a runner in December that was not laid until January . The corners of the rug have started to unravel which is apparently my fault due to using a shark nozzle and a fine soft brush twice. Appalling customer care and won’t be buying again .”

“Nervous about buying on line but after months of searching the shops decided to risk it. Colours, thankfully were true to picture as it did need to be a good match with existing furniture. Easy to order, good price, quick delivery and arrived well packed. Very pleased and would use The Rug Seller again.”
