“Delivery was very quick but very unhappy with the rug couldn't open it for a couple of months due to unforeseen circumstances so went past the return date, on reflection, I could kick myself as I should have sent it back anyway. Something is very wrong as darker patches are everywhere. Been trying for ages to upload photo and can't do it for some reason keeps uploading all my files don't know what I'm doing wrong as is saved as jpg”

“Fast and efficient service. When the rug arrived it was very creased and it has taken weeks to straighten out. It now looks lovely but is much thinner than expected so long term we will need to replace it with a much better quality rug.”
