“I bought a metal console table and on putting it together realised that two holes for bolts had not been "tapped", so no threads for the bolts to screw into. I contacted Rug Seller who, at first, were responsive. However after sending photos of the affected part I was informed that the problem had been referred to the suppliers. That was on 9 February. Eventually I gave up waiting and at a cost of £20 paid someone to "tap" the two holes so I could actually use the table. It is now 21 February and I still haven't heard from Rug Seller with a solution. Lucky it wasn't urgent!,”
