“Unfortunately we don’t have the rug we bought. It was nice but not suitable as looked wrong in the place so we sent it back. Courier has lost/ stolen it and we have had the tiny sum of £20 compensation from courier company. Not your fault just frustrating to have no rug and no money!”

“Really hoped this would stop our rug moving from its position on the carpet underneath but it wasn't to be. I was told that it was because the pile of the carpet was going in the wrong direction thus causing the rug on top to move.”

“The ease of service and delivery was good. However, the quality of the actual rug is poor and will probably have to be replaced soon as will look tatty just after one year. An almost identical rug bought from John Lewis over ten years ago still looks fine and I’ll probably have to put that one back in place. Very disappointed.”

“Nice rugs and quick delivery. However the return process is very convoluted, outdated and non-competitive: you have to pay for, and organise, the return yourself, with no assistance from the seller at all. Way too much work! Given there are plenty of equally good rug shops out there biu with more consumer friendly return processes, I have no reason to buy from the Rug Seller again.”

“Ordered an Orion rug and were so pleased with the quality and looks we ordered another a few weeks later. Easy to order online and communication about delivery times were first class. However the second order was not delivered to our address but to a house half a mile away. The owner kindly delivered it to us in his car! Not good service from DHL as your nominated delivery service. We will be ordering another rug shortly let’s hope this goes to plan”
