“Not of a quality I expected. Within a couple of weeks the natural weave rug started to unravel. We’ve always had these types of rugs and never had these problems. Once the weave started to unravel considerably in parts (about 6 weeks in). We contacted the Rug Seller, who then contacted the supplier. They replied by arguing that the supplier have had no complaints before, therefore it must be something we’ve done. I reassured the Rug Seller that we had maintained the rug according to all instructions. They argued that the rug was prone to pulling if it caught on something. This rug is in a room where there is almost zero footfall and no furniture on it. They replied with a copy-and-paste of the previous condescending email, refusing to do anything about it, arguing that ‘due to the time elapsed’ (a matter of weeks) the unraveling was due to wear and tear. The rug coat £319. Which works out around £40 a week for a rug that’s no longer fit for purpose. Naturally I would certainly never shop with them again.”

“Rug arrived quickly, particularly as bought online at New Year. The rug was described as cream (background), but is definitely silver grey in colour. Really lovely rug, soft underfoot & vacuums easily & well. Good price too. All in all very happy with purchase.”
