“Good quality rugs, arrived in 3 days. The only issue is that the colour is nothing like the photo advert ( Portland 1096 V). It is not a Grey background but a very light silver with very pastel pink leaves, more suited to a bedroom. Although there are no quibble returns, the cost was £36 to send 2 back. I would never order again on line without seeing the actual colour. These will show the dirt in a short time, they are not suitable for a lounge. Also 4 rugs were sent, I ordered and paid for 2. I refused 2 which were taken back by the courier.”

“Quick delivery, and the quality is amazing for the price. Strongly recommended. I have given 9 stars not 10, because the courier company left the rug outside our front door, even though we were at home. For an expensive (and huge) item like this they should have really delivered in person.”
