Very good service from The Rug Seller, let down by DPD who claimed to have been unable to gain access. They didn't even ring the intercom! I was at home and waiting for the delivery. They redelivered the following day, but again did not use the intercom, just propped the rug up in the communal hall and left it. Really pleased with the rug but not impressed with DPD.
