“We have used this seller before and were very satisfied with the goods and delivery process . I ordered a new rug , we live in Portugal, all went well until we couldn’t track this product. I contacted the seller who was very helpful. It appeared there was no trace of the rug after delivery to UPS . I spoke to a gentleman called Jack , who was more than helpful. He assured me the rug would be delivered in the next 4 days . We had no tracking and no information from UPS , however on Friday the rug was delivered. Thank you to Jack for sorting this problem out . We are delighted with this product, it’s excellent quality. Would use the company again . It would be a better service if the courier had notified us at some point .”

“I ordered a hug rug for my dog to lay on when it's wet and muddy, which is often at this time of the year and on a farm!!! It does the job perfect.. I like that it's made from eco friendly materials, and can be washed! Perfect!!!”

“It was impossible to order on line and I wasted a lot of time trying. When I phoned I spoke to a very helpful individual who apologised and said they were well aware of the inadequacies of their system and were trying to rectify. All that done I placed my order and it was delivered quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would have given a VG but for my on line experience.”

“Absolutely delighted with the rug - it’s a bit of a shot in the dark choosing from a photo but the rug looks perfect in our sitting room and the price was excellent. Very quick delivery too - couldn’t fault anything. Thank you!”
