“I have rugs from the rug seller that I was hoping to replace.I read the label on the backs wanting just the same.The ones that have arrived are so disappointing.Nothing like what I thought would arrive.I now ave the task of trying to send them back.”

“I was disappointed with the two Hug Rugs I bought. They slip all over the place. My Turtle rug doesn't do this, it seems to have a superior backing that is anti-slip. I was trying to save money by buying a Hug Rug, and in fairness Hug Rug come in a broader range of designs, but will not buy again. The buying process and delivery was straight forward. So in summary my experience of the seller was good, but the product poor.”

“The Hug Rug is a great product. Well made and stylish looking. Perfect for the kitchen back door. Does the job of wiping dirty feet without looking too functional or bulky. Love the green credentials. Very good price too.”
