“Surfing the net for inspiration for the renewal of a hearth rug that had seen better days. Looking initially for a burgendy colour. Saw the rich green rug on site and fell in love with it and it works well with existing decor. Ordered, kept updated and delivered all stress free. Very happy. Thanks x”

“My rug arrived in good time...carefully wrapped. Thank you. However it was not as vibrant and as suitable as I'd hoped and had to be returned. JAMES in your customer service department is probably the BEST person I have EVER had on line dealings with. Quite perfect. He followed through from start to finish, when the courier company failed me , twice. Don't let him leave your co.”

“The service was excellent, my rug arrived the day after the order was placed. It was well packaged and as described on the website. The prices were very reasonable but I do wonder if the product is ‘second’ quality - there are some slight imperfections in the rug but nothing to warrant a complaint.”
