“The rug I ordered didn't look right in the room. I rang The Rug Seller and explained and was told I could return the rug (at my expense) and receive a refund. I reordered another rug in the same design but in a different colourway and I'm delighted with the service and quality of the rugs I've bought from the Rug Seller. The ladies on the phone were helpful and James particularly went the extra mile in ringing to say my rug had arrived ahead of schedule. Thank you.”

“Excellent! I purchased two Solano cream rugs from The Rug Seller and I'm highly delighted with them. Not only did they arrive within 5 days of ordering, they were extremely well packaged and much cheaper than the same item I had seen in a local store. They not only look fabulous, they feel fabulous under foot and the quality is excellent. I have already recommended them to a friend and would have no qualms at using them again - infact they have become my 'go to' website for all things 'rugs'. I can't praise them highly enough!”
