“I only needed a small doormat for the back door and this one is perfect - thin enough not to obstruct the door, but with a dense pile which dries wet shoes perfectly. In rainy Scotland it's a great asset.”

“A great selection of gorgeous quality rugs at great prices (I now have four!) and amazing customer service. There was a mix up with my delivery and I received the wrong rug. The team sorted it straight away for me, no quibbles, and my rug arrived two days after I reported the error. I even received a credit for my inconvenience! I'd highly recommend The Rug Seller to anyone looking for a great quality rug for inside or outside their home.”

“Sadly we ordered completely the wrong colour and the return policy was a minefield. I struggled to get a full address and it was delivered by UBS (at our cost) last Thursday and I still have heard nothing regarding a refund. It was signed for by 'Smith' on their loading dock. It seems it is easy to sell but not so easy to help a customer.”

“I've had a fantastic experience with The Rug Seller. The quality of the rugs I have purchased is second to none, the delivery is fast and the customer service is an example to all others. Having renovated a house in the last 12 months and needing to furnish it, I can honestly say that The Rug Seller is the only company that I haven't had any issues or delays / damages with. Absolutely brilliant and I've recommended lots of friends get their rugs here too.”
