“Arrived so quick I was expecting to wait longer. I wanted this particular garden rug and I saw on another site but doing a search I found it direct, plus tad cheaper. Really pleased so far only checked it out as I want to leave for a few weeks, so weather improves and we can sit outside. Debating to buy another one for another area in my garden. Great.”

“Great quality rug. Had ordered cushions that didn’t arrive with the rug. When I emailed to let them know only half the order had arrived, they replied immediately to let me know what was happening and put my mind at rest. Great customer service would definitely use them again 👍”

“The rug itself is great, the customer service and delivery aspect were poor. after a few weeks I chased the order to find out when the rug was going to be delivered, the first response was someone would cjeck and get back to me, they didn’t so i chased again. At this point i was told it would be another week or so. once delivered I unwrapped it to find massive splinters (potentially from a pallet) wrapped with it. i wouldn’t order from here again.”

“I have bought 2 rugs in the last few weeks. Was a little worried about ordering online as under normal circumstances I would always go and shop plus living in Suffolk was worried about delivery or having to return. No problems! Both rugs were delivered within the expected time and packaged really securely. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again or recommend 🙂”
