“Despite the delivery date prediction at the time of order being well outside expected 3-5 days the updated delivery date for the rugs was brought forward and I found the delivery tracker very helpful. The colour of the rugs pictured was misleading and I relied upon the verbal description as "chocolate" . To my relief the verbal description was more accurate. Over all a satisfactory purchase.”

“The experience overall was quite good the only draw back from my perspective being that the delivery time ie from ordering to receipt appeared quite long for what I considered to be a stock item The product however is worth waiting for.”

“I purchased a small flokati rug to place under our feet when we are sat on the sofa and help make our living room super snug for winter. Couldn't be happier with our purchase! The rug arrived within three days and is great quality for a good price. It looks wonderful and has so far just needed a good shake to make it look perfect. Even better it feels so lovely underfoot. It is shedding a lot but as its a natural product i expected it and its no reflection on the quality. All in all would recomend the rug seller.”

“Colour and quality of this rug excellent unfortunately it had been rolled up for sometime before dispatch, there are fold lines in the pile which are taking a time to disperse, also a strong damp smell which has now gone ( 1 Week). We purchased an anti slip under-mat which is excellent giving even more body to the rug. Dispatch of the rug was speedy and it arrived securely packaged.”
